I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right on a ski slope and only a short distance to the Hirafu welcome centre. Plus, there were some great local Cafes within walking distance. Being able to ski right from the hotel was such a convenient and enjoyable experience.
I recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

This hotel is well-located in a lively area with bars, restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The onsen is a nice touch as well.
The hotel lacks an in-house restaurant and ski rental options which can be inconvenient for some guests.

I have to say that my stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptional and made sure that all of my needs were met. They were hospitable and friendly, and they spoke English very well. The hotel facilities were outstanding. The room was huge and included a kitchenette which was a plus. The cleanliness of the hotel was spot on, and the location was just perfect.

The room was much bigger than expected and had all the necessary amenities. , the location was perfect, with stunning mountain views and just a short walk from the ski slopes. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.
That our stay was too short. We wished we had booked for a longer period to fully enjoy all the hotel had to offer.

Our stay was fantastic! The apartment was fully equipped and the staff were excellent. The location was perfect - right at the bottom of the family lift, which gave us easy access to other lifts. Plus, we had our own reserved parking spot for added convenience.
There weren't many restaurant options available during our stay, but this was likely due to the shoulder season. we wished there was an on-site restaurant and in-house ski rental option for more convenience.
